So, we’re offering health coaching alongside meeting your massage therapeutic needs. We are glad to now offer integrative health and wellness coaching here as a part of our practice to either compliment your massage practice, or as a stand-alone service to reach your health and wellness goals.
We address root cause issues that are showing up on the massage table and impacting layers of your wellbeing body, mind, and soul.

A note from your HOHM Wellness Coach:
Beyond addressing just fitness, or just nutrition—both good and important aspects of health which we will address—we will reach your goals by looking at your whole wellbeing picture. In integrative health, we address your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, and environmental wellbeing.
We use a “you” centered holistic approach to create momentum behind your fitness goals — and in tandem with your other care providers here at Harmony on Hope.
Wellness coaching helps you create that balance and harmony, by addressing the underlying imbalances and disharmony in the various areas of your life and past so that once you reach these goals, you have lasting change. And as your coach, I guide and support you through a trauma-informed, cultural- and identity-honoring lens.
In order to bring about the most whole, healthy version of you and your life — in this season, and on into the next — we specifically tap into nervous system regulation and somatic healing. By doing this, we address the root cause issues and out-dated internalized narratives which keep you from stepping into your fullness, thriving, and future vitality.

In our sessions, we may explore:

What to expect:

First Session: Intake - 60 minutes

We will dive into your full health picture and background. We’ll identify target issues areas and areas of greatest positive impact, and outline your “roadmap” to get you where your successful wellness journey will end up.

Subsequent Sessions: Follow-up - 60 minute or 40 minute sessions available

We will address layers of wellbeing, barriers, and areas of opportunity and growth. Your coach deploys a background in trauma-informed care, yoga, cultural/identity-support work, and other somatic and educational modalities to help you pick up the tools and frameworks you need to make sustainable, tangible, positive change and reach your goals.

Can I book a single session?
Yes, like massage therapy, you can book a one-off session. However, it’s recommended that you lean into a multi-session package as the most transformative change happens over time and with consistent support. Coaching gets to the root issues and supports the habit change needed to truly shift the needle of your personal wellbeing journey.

What’s the difference between 3, 6, and 12 session packages?
From the shortest to the longest package offerings, you will always have an opening and a closing session to cast your biggest, most hopeful vision, and to make sure our time together closes well and honors your journey. The difference in the longer session commitments is how deeply and how much support I can offer you alongside your journey, as well as how many tools and resources we can pick up as you make the changes necessary to reach your goals.
